Transition to Fall

Depending on where you live, September and October can have super unpredictable weather. Living in Florida, it is still high 80s, but I was just in D.C. and it got up to high 70s but as cool as the 40s. How do you even dress for that? Layers are always the answer, but if you’re also itching to feel all the Fall vibes, I like to incorporate Fall colors into my wardrobe… even if it is 85 and sunny!

As much as I want to cuddle up in turtlenecks and sweaters (okay, let’s be real, I crank my AC so that I can do this!) it’s pretty hard to sport that look while riding. So I feel like these two looks are IDEAL for those transitional months or if you live in a climate that is still toasty for Fall. These RJ Classics Gulf Natural Rise Front Zip Breeches in Tawny Port are TO. DIE. FOR. The color is so rich yet an amazing neutral that pairs well with white, black, camel, chocolate, navy, grey, and tan. I love it with the RJ Classics Ariel Short Sleeve Show Shirt. Crisp like a Fall day! Once it gets cooler, I think this will look amazing with a beige or navy sweater and a black vest!

What is one of the most iconic parts of Fall? If you guessed Pumpkin Spice, you won. These RJ Classics Gulf Natural Rise Front Zip Breeches in Pumpkin Spice are an absolute must have. The color is beautiful and super rich. I think it’s a nod to the vintage rust breeches while still looking updated and polished. They look incredible with a camel brown belt. I also paired it with the RJ Classics Ariel Short Sleeve Show Shirt. I can’t wait to add a cream, camel, or chocolate cable knit sweater. Brb, running to Starbucks to complete this perfect Fall look.

For sizing, I am usually a US 26 in breeches and I feel they are true to size. I am wearing a size 26 Regular and a size small in the top.
